Our diocesan secretary, Jacqueline Ladds, gives an update.
Anglicans and Catholics came together in Warwick to honour two local martyrs, the Blessed Robert Grissold and the Blessed John Sugar, following the painting of icons of the two men by artists from St Luke’s Icon Centre in Rowington.
Last winter, churches across the diocese took part in the Warm Welcome campaign. The churches opened their doors to provide a warm welcome for those struggling to heat their homes.
On the 7th September at a star studded ceremony in London, the Revd Nell Cockell was presented with a prestigious WellChild award.

Diocesan Director of Education, April Gold, invites Christians from parishes across the diocese to serve as governors or trustees for our church schools.
On Saturday 9 September the annual Reader Celebration Service was held in Coventry Cathedral and led by the Bishop of Coventry. One new Reader was licensed and two transferred into the diocese.
