We are an active and supportive fellowship, welcoming and friendly, with established and effective leaders and outreach groups including Bible Study, Messy Church and Puppet Ministry.

Priest-in-Charge - Barford with Wasperton and Sherbourne

Situated between the historic towns of Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon, the three churches of Barford with Wasperton and Sherbourne are praying for an enthusiastic spiritual leader who is prepared to invest in rural ministry, leading them forward in faith, love and a commitment to the wider community life. They are blessed with a faithful and engaged congregation across the three churches, with a variety of worship styles, from Holy Communion and Evensong to Family Services and Bible study groups. The parishes benefit from a thriving village school, with which the churches maintain close ties, offering opportunities to support young people in their faith journey and connect with families across the community. They want to continue to deepen their faith while also welcoming new people into their church communities.

Are you a spiritual leader that can:

• help us develop a closer relationship with God?

• bring relevance to the scriptures to help us deal with today's challenges?

• share a passion and understanding for rural ministry and its specific characteristics?

• be a visible and hands on inspirational leader?

• work collaboratively with us to achieve all of this?
