The Diocese of Coventry has won a major £100,000 grant from the Archbishop's Council to enhance growing churches in poorer areas of the Diocese. The bid aims to empower a minimum of 30 young mission-oriented leaders, primarily in 20s-30s age range, drawn from a range of growing churches in poorer areas (urban and rural), by training and mentoring in leadership using an apprenticeship and 'Communities of Leaders' model, over a two year period.
