Developing Leadership

Developing Leadership in a Changing Church’ is a project-based course for clergy and ministers of the West Midlands who want to develop their leadership in changing situations.  Link to DL Ethos & DL Flyer.

Post of First Responsibility

There is a conference for those taking up a post of primary responsibility for the first time, which will run at Holland House from 30 September to 2 October this year.  The conference is run jointly with the Dioceses of Birmingham and Worcester, on an annual basis.

Subjects covered over the three days include; Discerning Vision & Strategy, Prayer, Working with Change, Issues in Ministry, and Looking After Yourself.

The diocese covers all the costs of the course.
