Pray for all who share the care of the Hospice at Home, in the Day Hospice and at the George Eliot Hospital. For all the links with the District Nurse and the GP teams. Pray for the continuing work of the fund raising team and the volunteers and all the management team. For Linda Mudd the Hospice Chaplain and for her work within the Pastoral Care of the Bereavement Team.
