The Diocesan Offices are open from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

All urgent safeguarding matters, which occur outside of these times  should continue to be directed to the Children's Social Care Emergency Duty Team on 024 7683 2222 (Coventry), 0121 605 6060 (Solihull) or 01926 886 922 (Warwickshire) or to the police on 999.

The Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser should be informed of any contact made with Children's Social Care, Adult Social Care or the Police in relation to safeguarding matters at the earliest opportunity.
