The Property Department is responsible for the day-to-day management of parsonage houses. It works closely with the Diocesan Surveyor, the Archdeacons and the Chairman of the Parsonages Committee as well as contractors and of course, occupants of parsonage houses.
There are 160 properties within Coventry, Warwick and Warwickshire and every one is inspected at five yearly intervals as part of the quinquennial programme.
The Property Department is accountable to the Parsonages Committee which meets 4 times a year. The meeting dates for 2012 are:
- 5th March
- 26th June
- 18th September
- 4th December
