The Property Department is responsible for the day-to-day management of parsonage houses. It works closely with the Diocesan Surveyor, the Archdeacons and the Chairman of the Parsonages Committee as well as contractors and of course, occupants of parsonage houses.
There are 160 properties within Coventry, Warwick and Warwickshire and every one is inspected at five yearly intervals as part of the quinquennial programme.
The Property Department is accountable to the Parsonages Committee which meets 4 times a year. The meeting dates for 2013 are:
- 11th March
- 18th June
- 26th September
- 3rd December
