Advice and guidance on undertaking works to trees in Churchyards and the Consecrated Sections of Local Authority Cemeteries or Burial Grounds
Trees, whether in a churchyard (be it open or closed) or in the consecrated part of a local authority cemetery are covered by regulations issued by the Chancellor, which can be downloaded below along with the necessary application forms and guidance notes for obtaining Minor Works or advice or a Certificate from the DAC in relation to works to trees can be downloaded below.
